My Story

Hi, I'm Dr. Ozan.

I graduated from Galatasaray High School and Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. During my medical education, I had the opportunity to observe healthcare systems in countries like Cuba, India, Mexico, and the US. An Ayurvedic hospital I visited in India completely transformed my perspective on health: Health is not just about treating illnesses; it's about maintaining a sustainable balance, prioritizing physical and mental well-being before illness.

After working in a public hospital in my hometown of Batman for two years, I had the opportunity to see the limitations of modern medicine more clearly. During my time in Batman, I realized the lack of personalized, preventative, and holistic approaches in modern medicine. I realized that today's healthcare system consists of an algorithm focused solely on treatments. This process led me to the fields of preventative health, functional medicine, and longevity.

For years, I've been testing biohacking methods, wearable technologies (CGM, EEG, HRV, sleep sensors, etc.), and various nutritional supplement protocols on myself. These experiences, combined with scientific literature, form the basis of the personalized health strategies I offer my clients. By combining these technologies with functional medicine and data analytics, I help people maintain and optimize their health even when they're healthy. My expertise lies in blood sugar optimization, longevity strategies, and personalized health plans designed to improve quality of life.
